Heart Health

The health of your heart is the single largest factor in determining your overall health, how rapidly you age, and your day to day energy.

Your heart is a muscle. It pumps oxygen-containing, nutrient-rich blood throughout your body. Without these nutrients, your body would deteriorate and die, organ by organ. Your brain, lungs, intestines, even skin, and the heart itself, are dependent on receiving adequate blood flow every minute of every day of your life.

How can we best keep our heart as healthy as possible? Everyone, at least everyone of normal intelligence and awareness, knows that not smoking, reaching and maintaining optimal weight, and exercising regularly, are important. But what else can we do to care for this life sustaining organ?

There is a simple answer. The medical and scientific communities are just learning about Nitric Oxide and its importance in overall health, especially cardiovascular health and healthy aging . Nitric Oxide is produced by our bodies. We need to ingest the correct precursors in the correct amounts to stimulate our bodies to produce enough Nitric Oxide. The best way to get these precursors is with a product called Niteworks. This powder is mixed with water to provide the body with the amino acids and vitamins, in the perfect amounts, to boost Nitric Oxide activity.

Nitric Oxide increases blood vessel elasticity. Increase in blood vessel dilation and elasticity promotes lowering of blood pressure, lowering of cholesterol, and overall cardiovascular health.

Niteworks is designed to be taken at night, when your body produces the least amount of Nitric Oxide from exercise and food. It is often taken during the day, though, especially by athletes wanting to trigger Nitric Oxide production for training or competing. Athletes find that increased blood vessel elasticity helps with increased oxygenation of all muscle tissue. This process results in increased performance!

The increased oxygenation of blood has also been helpful to people with Sleep Apnea, asthma, and other respiratory ailments.

For more information, read N.O. More Heart Disease, written by Louis Ignarro, PhD. The N.O. in the title stands for Nitric Oxide.
